7. COPY IMAGE

7.1 Vertical Magnification Adjustment

When: The vertical magnification is not within specifications.
Purpose: To maintain correct vertical magnification
± 1%
Target:
Measure: SP 43 (0.1 % / step, 15 steps)
How: Changes the scanner speed compensation.
1. Place a 150 mm scale on the exposure glass and align it perpendicular to the left scale.
2. Adjust the vertical magnification using SP 43. Make three copies each time.
