10.3 Jam Sensor Replacement

*Upper Jam Sensor (Photo-transistor)
1. Turn off the main switch.
2. Open the sorter cover and remove the upper cover (3 screws).
3. Disconnect the harness from the upper jam sensor board [A].
4. Remove the upper jam sensor board (2 screws).
*Lower Jam Sensor (LED)
1. Turn off the main switch.
2. Remove the interrupt bin and the 15th bin.
3. Remove the antistatic brush [B] and the sensor cover [C] (2 screws).
4. Disconnect the harness from the lower jam sensor board [D].
5. Remove the lower jam sensor board (2 screws).
