Cause
Excessive load is causing
the current to the motor to
exceed the rated value
Cutting conditions do

Cause
Immediately after
turning on the plotter,
excessive force was

Solution
⇒ Lower the cutting
SPEED and/or the
cutting FORCE
⇒ Turn off the plotter,
remove the obstacle,
then turn the plotter
back on.
⇒ Turn off the plotter,

remove the media
scraps, then turn the
plotter back on
