Troubleshooting – Plotter does not Operate Properly
Problem
As soon as the data
is sent to plotter, pen
carriage or media
moves then stops.

Position of the plot

cutting area.

ROLL-1 or ROLL-2 is
selected for sheet
media and the origin
is set as center.
Data from PC is not

PAGE LENGTH is

Solution
Adjust the position of
the data on
application software.
Check the origin
setting.
Check the origin

Select SHEET for
sheet media.
Check the cut area by
pressing the ENTER
key.
Set PAGE LENGTH
correctly.
Normal.
If TANGENTIAL is
displayed on the
READY menu,
change the condition
number on which the
TANGENTIAL
EMULATION is not
enabled or disable
the EMULATION.
Set EXPAND zero if
necessary.
