Troubleshooting – Plotter does not Operate Properly
Problem
As soon as the data
is sent to plotter, pen
carriage or media
moves then stops.
Display shows
WORKING.
Processing Indicator
LED lights.

carriage or media do
not move at all.

Adjust the position of
the data on
application software.
Check the origin
setting.

pressing the ENTER
key.
Set PAGE LENGTH
correctly.

If TANGENTIAL is
displayed on the
READY menu,
change the condition
number on which the
TANGENTIAL
EMULATION is not
enabled or disable
the EMULATION.
Set EXPAND zero if
necessary.
