During a page by conference page zone, the second originator can page along with the first
originator.
Operation
When a Conference Page is being activated:

PGM 160 - FLEX 11: Conference Warning Tone
Lift the handset and press the [CONF] button.
Lift the handset to answer the page.
Hook-flash and dial 58 (conference page join code).
The Page Timer is not applied to Paging Conference Group.
If there is a second page originator, it is impossible to "Meet Me Page."
If the first originator goes on-hook, the conference group paging connection is released.
The second originator can make paging regardless of page access privilege.
