Pick-up

A station user can pick up a call received at another Station.
The following pick-up types are available:
Directed Call Pick-up
Group Call Pick-up
Directed Call Pick Up
A station can pick up a call ringing other station by dialing the direct call pick up code, and the
ringing station number.
Operation
To answer a call ringing at another station,

To assign {DIRECT CALL PICK-UP} button at a flexible button:

To pick up a call ringing at another station within the accessible
Intercom Tenancy Group
To pick up a call ringing at another station in the same pick-up
Group.
Lift the handset or press the [SPEAKER] button.
Dial Direct Call Pick-up code 7.
-or-
Press the programmed {Direct Call Pick-up} button.
Dial the Intercom number of the ringing Station.
Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
Press the FLEX button to be assigned.
Dial 7.
Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button to accept changes.
A {CO Line}, {POOL} or {LOOP} button is required to pick up a CO Line call.
When several calls are queued at a station or hunt group, the pick-up depends on the
Pick-up Priority (PGM 173).
Queued callback and private line cannot be picked up.
