phone does not get transfers
1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
March 13, 2025
After a power outage, all voicemail programming on the Vertical SBX IP 320 was wiped, including passwords and user greetings. As a result, when attempting to transfer a call directly to a user's voicemail, the call immediately returns to the person who attempted the transfer instead of reaching the voicemail greeting.

Do you have a question about the SBX IP 320 and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
phone does not get transfers
After a power outage, all voicemail programming on the Vertical SBX IP 320 was wiped, including passwords and user greetings. As a result, when attempting to transfer a call directly to a user's voicemail, the call immediately returns to the person who attempted the transfer instead of reaching the voicemail greeting.
