Call Handling
To access Dial by Name:

A confirmation tone should be heard. The stored names in the speed bin are displayed in
alphabetical order.
Note: The up and down arrows can be used to locate the desired name.
To search a name by entering a character, use the following procedure:

Note: To delete the last letter of input, press the [CALLBK] button. The up and down arrows
also can be used to locate the desired name.

To search for a name by scrolling:

To register the name of an SLT:

Press the [SPEED] button twice.
Dial the desired directory (1-3, refer to values).
1 = Intercom
2 = Station Speed Dial
3 = System Speed Dial
While two names are displayed on the LCD, enter alphanumeric data.
The LCD displays 2 names which start with the entered character (the cursor will point to
the first name in the LCD).
When entering more alphanumeric data, the LCD will display names that start with the
updated input.
When the appropriate name is displayed, move the cursor to point at the name.
Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button to make a call.
While two names are displayed in the LCD window.
Use the up and down arrow keys to locate the desired name.
When the appropriate name is displayed, move the cursor so it points directly at the
name.
Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button to make a call.
Lift the handset.
Dial 563; a confirmation tone sounds.
Dial 74 (Name Register code).
