Alternator and starter - removing
Remove the alternator retaining screws (arrows) and take
off the alternator.
Pull the starter motor (1) out of the intermediate flange.
Driver-removing
Slacken offthe driver retaining screw (1) and pull of driver
with BMW puller 00 8 400 .
Note:
Note O-ring.
Clutch - removing
Slacken offthe retaining screws (arrows) forthe housing
cover and take it off with the clutch plate and pressure
plate .
Clutch housing - removing
Attach BMW retainer 11 2 800 in the position shown in the
picture.
