Selector pawl- removing
Push
out gear housing breather
(1)
Irom
the
inside using
an arbor.
Remove circlip
(2) on guide rod and
pull
out guide rod
.
Remove
pawl holder together
with
pawl.
Selctor shaft - removing
Slacken off
headless
screw (arrow) and pull out selector
shaft with gear shift pedal
.
Note:
Headless
screw
is
secured with
Loctite.
Shift segment
-
removing
Remove circlip rings (arrows) for stop (2).
Take out segment (1) with torsion spring and stop (2).
Note:
Note washer between torsion spring and
housing.
Stop lever- removing and installing
Lift the
arm

the
spring (arrow) over stop (1) and release
torsion
spring.
Remove circlip (2) and pull off stop
lever.
Install
by
lollowing the
same
procedure
but
in
the
reverse
sequence.
