This command is used to set the upper limit on transmit
power during ATPC.
max atpc power setting is used only when ATPC is on.
To set max atpc power
(trango-config)# atpc_max_power 15
ATPC max power: 15.0
Check current ATPC configuration
(trango-config)# atpc_max_power
ATPC max power: 15.0
