Value = 0-20dBm

Power command is used to set the transmit power level.
The max value is dependent upon the modulation. See
datasheet.
When the user sets the power to 20 for QAM256, it is
internally adjusted to 17 (Max for QAM256).
The user cannot change power when ATPC is ON.
Set the transmit power to 12dBm
(trango-config)# power 12
Power: 12.0 dBm

Reboot command is used to soft reboot the system.
The command doesn't ask for any confirmation.
