    User Manual of DS-9664NI-RH Series NVR 2.1 Using the Wizard for Basic Configuration By default, the Setup Wizard starts once the NVR has loaded, as shown in Figure 2.1. If you don’t want to use the Setup Wizard at that moment, click the Cancel button.

    User Manual of DS-9664NI-RH Series NVR 3.1 Introduction of Live View Live view shows you the video image getting from each camera in real time. The NVR automatically enters Live View mode when powered on. It is also at the very top of the menu hierarchy, thus pressing the ESC many times (depending on which menu you’re on) brings you to the Live View mode.

Before you start: Make sure that the HDD has already been installed.

In the live view mode, once a motion detection event takes place, the NVR can analyze it and do many actions to handle it. Enabling motion detection function can trigger certain channels to start recording, or trigger full screen monitoring, audio warning, notify the surveillance center and so on.
