Optional line name to associate with the caller. The name may contain up to
20 characters. The name may appear in the line name field both on the
operator display and in the CDR (see
page 213).
The line name is especially useful for calls destined for the Enter Queue, as it
helps operators provide custom greetings and determine the appropriate
destination conference.
The default is blank.
When this field is left blank for SCAN or FLEX branded calls, then the system
records the last access code entered by the caller in this field.
c <"cn">
Optional company name to associate with a caller. The name may contain up
to 20 characters and will appear in the company name field, both on the
operator display and in the CDR.
The default is blank.
Tip:
Remember, to add a wildcard as the last entry in the Call branding table.
