OFF, ON Contact name entered for a conference
by a conference scheduler.

OFF, ON Contact phone number for a scheduled
conference.

OFF, ON File name specified for
participant-requested record or playback.
When set to ON, the system extracts the
file name specified for record or playback
from the information generated during the
conference.
This field contains information only when
a moderator or conferee initiated
recording or playback. Operator-initiated
recording names are not saved.

OFF, ON Number of minutes scheduled for this
conference. For scheduled attended
conferences, this field applies only if the
system's Startup Notify Time parameter
is set to ON and the conference is
automatically setup by the system. The
system calculates the scheduled

End Times specified in the conference
reservation form.
