An administrator changed the settings for the
auxiliary terminal (Operator Configuration).
Annunciator message has completed but all the
channels could not be moved into the Enter
Conference. This is an internal software error
and may be preceded with Message 0126 (No
Transition...)
A blast/reblast has been requested but
insufficient user channels are available. The
channels are either in use for other calls, still
disconnecting from previous calls, or are out of
service/faulted.
Blast could not be initiated on a channel due to
an internal processing error or a network glare
condition.
