Description
Specifies whether conferees are allowed to enter unattended
conferences earlier (1 - 30 minutes) than the scheduled start time if
ports are available.
OFF (default)— Conferees cannot enter conferences earlier

than the scheduled start time.
1 - 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 (minutes) — Conferees can enter
l
conferences earlier than the scheduled start time. The setting
specifies how early conferees can enter conferences.

WARNING:
Two or more conferences may have conflicting
WARNING:
security codes when Early Start Minutes are either
turned on or extended. As a result, Bridge Talk
users will not be able to save or edit a reservation
until they change the start or end times so that the
security codes are no longer in conflict.
Administrators can use the procedure for
conflicting reservations
Identifying conflicting reservations
1. Log onto the system.
2. Run Informix DBACCESS.
Execute the p_ValAllRsrvtn() stored procedure using this
command:
EXECUTE PROCEDURE
'bridgedbo'.p_ValAllRsrvtns()"
3. Query the MessageLog table to find all overlapping security
codes by using this command:
Select * FROM 'bridgedbo'.MessageLog WHERE
MsgSrc = "p_ValAllRsrvtns"
