88 Administration and Maintenance of the S6200/S6800 Servers
Description
This required entry specifies the annunciator message that plays before the
system executes the action specified by the Function parameter.
The default is 0, which means that no message is played.
See
Managing Annunciator Text
Routing Configuration menu's Flexible Annunciator Messages option.
This required entry specifies the prompt set number used to play annunciator
messages. Must be a number from 0 to 20.
0 — the system play the standard message set until the participant
l
enters a passcode, then the system uses the conference's prompt set.
1— the system uses the default prompt set.
l
Use conference prompt set (y/n). Some annunciator messages play only to
the participant who initiated a DTMF command. This field determines if the
caller will hear the message in the language assigned to the conference or
the language assigned to the caller via cbutil <ps>.
This required entry specifies the function the system performs for this call
when the incoming digits match an entry in the table. Functions include:
ENTER (default) — Place the line in the Enter Queue. This is the most
l
common choice for attended mode.
DIRECT — Place the line directly in a conference (unattended mode).
l
The digits must match the conference code in either the scheduler.
This a common choice for unattended calls.
Note:
DNIS direct does not support Flex conferences.
Note:
SCAN — Place the line in scan mode and wait for the caller to enter an
l
access code. Use SCAN in conjunction with a specific annunciator
greeting that prompts the caller to enter the access code. After the
annunciator plays, the call is treated as a standard unattended call.
This a common choice for unattended calls.
HANGUP — The system hangs up on the call.
l
AUTOVL — Reserved for MultiSite.
l
FLEX—Identifies the line as a Flex call. Only schedules designated as
l
Flex are valid for that DNIS.
The system processes code failures (such as invalid code, wrong time of day,
or secured conference) according to the applicable schedule configuration
parameter settings (either hang-up or place caller in the Enter Queue). If the
schedule is disabled, control passes to the wildcard entry.
