Specifies whether a conference participant can invoke a
sub-conference from a main conference by pressing *93 on their
telephone keypad. If the system cannot fulfill a sub-conference
request, it plays message 24, "This operation is currently
unavailable."
ANYONE — Any conference participant (conferee or
l
moderator) can invoke a sub-conference.
MODERATOR — Only a moderator can invoke a
l
sub-conference.
OFF (default) — Sub-conferencing is disabled.
l
Specifies whether the system plays the On Hold message (# 208) in
the Enter queue and the frequency with which it is played.
OFF (default) — The On Hold message is not played.
l
5, 10, 15,... 50, 55, 60 — The interval, in seconds, after which
l
the system plays the On Hold message. For example, if you
specify 5, the message plays every 5 seconds.
Specifies whether or not the system automatically sets up
scheduled attended conferences and notifies operators for those
conferences.
OFF (default) — Disables startup.
l
0 — Starts the setup and sends notification messages at the
l
conference's specified start time.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 minutes — Specify the
l
number of minutes before the conference's scheduled start
time that set up begins and messages are sent. The system
checks for conferences that need setup at 1-minute intervals.
Avoid scheduling concurrent, attended conferences with the same
name. Only one will display in Bridge Talk.
If you want Contact Name, Contact Telephone, Scheduled
Participants, and Scheduled Minutes to appear in Conference
Reports, you must enable this field and set the Automatic Conf. ID
parameter to OFF.
