Managing conferences using touchtone commands
Description
The system plays a tone and then
places all participant lines in mute.
Participants cannot unmute their
individual lines while in lecture mode.
Mutes or unmutes the line (if
moderator self-mute is configured on
the bridge).
The system mutes all participant lines
in the conference. Participants can
unmute their individual lines while in
mute all mode.
A moderator can prevent anyone from
listening to or joining the conference;
however, the moderator can record a
secured conference. Moderators hear
a tone or voice message indicating
that the conference is secured or
unsecured.
You can activate security only if this
feature is enabled and scheduled on
the system.
Operators cannot enter, record, scan,
or listen to a secured conference.
The system plays the participant count
and a roster of participants when used
in conjunction with the Name Record/
Playback feature..
Ends the roster playback.
A moderator can press ## to end the
conference immediately.
Prompts moderators to enter a billing
code. Moderators can modify codes
during the conference but only the last
code entered appears in the Billing
Code field of the Conference Detail
Record (CODR).
