Description
Specifies whether or not the system automatically assigns
security codes to conferences.
The number of digits for the code, between 7 and 16 —
l
The system automatically assigns both conferee and
moderator codes to a conference when it is created.
For example, if you enter 7 the system assigns unique
7-digit codes to conferences.
Disabled (default) — Conferee and moderator code
l
fields remain blank, you must specify codes for
conferences.
Codes assigned by the system can be modified when
scheduling a reservation.
Sets the number of weeks preceding the current date you
want to retain conference records stored by the system when
you delete (or purge) records. The system can store up to
500,000 conference records.
1 to 52 (default) — The number of the most recent
l
weeks for which you want to retain conference records.
For example, if you want to retain conference records
from the last ten weeks, enter 10 for this parameter.
0 — Do not retain any records stored as of midnight of
l
the previous day.

Specifies the percentage of system lines that can be
overbooked for conferences scheduled for a specific date and
time (in contrast to On-Demand scheduled conferences).
1% to 100% — With overbooking, the Scheduler can
l
reserve a percentage from 1% to 100% more than the
maximum number of lines available for a given time
period. Lines configured for operators,
playback, or link lines are not included in the system's
(revenue) line count.
For example, if your system has 1000 lines available for
scheduled conferences and this parameter is set for
10%, you can schedule 1100 lines.
0 (default) —The system allows Infinite conference
l
overbooking.
