Causes
No POP3/IMAP4 server
address is programmed.
Cannot log in to the POP3/
IMAP4 server.
No machine e-mail address
is programmed.
Solutions
• In [System Settings], under [File
Transfer], select [POP3 / IMAP4
Settings], and then check that
"Server Name" is correctly
programmed. You can also use
the Web Image Monitor for
confirmation. See Web Image
Monitor Help.
• Contact the network
administrator.
• In [System Settings], under [File
Transfer], select [Fax E-mail
Account], and then check that
"User Name" and "Password" are
correctly programmed. You can
also use the Web Image Monitor
for confirmation. See Web Image
Monitor Help.
• Contact the network
administrator.
• In [System Settings], under [File
Transfer], check that the machine
e-mail address is correctly
programmed. You can also use
the Web Image Monitor for
confirmation. See Web Image
