Joystick Absolute vs. Relative Control

If an unlinked channel is assigned to a joystick (either directly using the CM401's
Channels function or through the Joystick Quick Assign function), the joystick controls
only that channel. However, if the assigned channel is part of a Link, there are two
modes with different behaviors:
Relative - The Link key lights dimly to indicate that the joystick controls a
linked channel in Relative mode. Moving the joystick alters the assigned chan-
nel while maintaining the original relative offsets between the joystick's chan-
nel and its linked channels.
Press the Link key to toggle the joystick to Absolute mode.
Absolute - The Link key lights normally to indicate that the joystick controls
a linked channel in Absolute mode. The joystick controls the entire link by
moving all channels to the same absolute position.
