Losing the Connection to the Active Server

When you lose connection with the server the GUI client gives you the
option of switching over to a different server. This option is presented as
shown in the message below:
Click No to exit the client. Click Yes to re-start the client and present
the login screen.
Connecting to the Dormant server when the Active server is still
running
When you try to connect to an EMS Server in Dormant mode, the client
displays this message box:
Click Yes to retry the connection, click No to exit the client.

Preventing Clients from Attaching to the Dormant Server

The Dormant server does not allow EMS clients to connect. However, it
does listen for EMS client connections. If a client tries to connect, the
dormant server performs these operations:
it logs an event in the audit log, indicating that a client tried to
connect.
