This section lists the files that are customized during installation. Features
not specifically described here are not customized.
On Windows, Network Node Manager is stored by default under
C:\Program Files\HP Openview\NNM.
On UNIX, files are split under different locations:
Integration Files – /etc/opt/OV/share

Database Files – /var/opt/OV
■
Code and Utilities – /opt/OV
■
Application Registration files describe the database field rules that enable
menu display and the action taken when the user clicks on the menu. The
3Com Integration Kit CD contains three application registration files to
provide the following menus for a selection of 3Com network
management applications:
3Com_dv.arf
■
3Com_web.arf
■
3Com_support.arf
■
To install these files, you should copy them to the correct registration
directory for your OpenView Network Node Manager or Tivoli NetView
integration. The default locations are:
OpenView
