To run the EMS GUI using a command prompt:
1 From a separate command prompt, navigate to the folder where the
runGUIClient executable file is located.
2 From the folder containing the runGUIClient executable file, enter the
following command and optional parameters (as shown in
runGUIClient [parameters]
