3Com supports the platform and operating system versions listed in
Table 14. You may have some success using a different version, but that
version is not officially supported at this time.
EMS ships with Instant DB, which only handles a small number of devices.
3Com recommends that you use one of the databases listed in
for moderate to large scale deployments. You must install the correct
JDBC drivers to attach to the chosen database because 3Com does not
provide them.
