The Analog Input Unit converts analog data into digital data according to the
range set as shown in the following graphs.
–10 to 10 V
If the Analog Input Unit is set to a range of –10 to 10 V with the DIP switch,
data between addresses F830 to 07D0 (hexadecimal) will be converted.
Addresses F830 to 07D0 (hexadecimal) are –2000 to 2000 in decimal.
If negative voltage is input to the Analog Input Unit, 2's complement with the
MSB as the mark will be converted.
–10
Approx. –10.2
The conversion range is F800 to 07FF (–2048 to 2047 in decimal).
0 to 10 V
If the Analog Input Unit is set to a range of 0 to 10 V with the DIP switch, data
between addresses 0030 and 0FD0 (hexadecimal) will be converted.
Addresses 0030 to 0FD0 (hexadecimal) are 48 to 4048 in decimal.

The conversion range is 0000 to 0FFF (0000 to 4095 in decimal).
1 to 5 V or 4 to 20 mA
If the Analog Input Unit is set to a range of 1 to 5 V or 4 to 20 mA, data
between addresses 0030 and 0FD0 in hexadecimal or 48 to 4048 in decimal
will be converted.
The conversion range of the Analog Input Unit is between addresses 0000
and 0FFF in hexadecimal or 0 to 4095 in decimal.
