If the correct command code is set to the output word, the command code or
parameter is set to the input word as a response.
If the wrong command code is set to the output word, the following error code
will be set to the input word.
E000: This error code will be set to the input word if a nonexisting command
code is used.
This command is used to set the X1, X2, Y1, or Y2 scaling value.
If the input type data is changed, the scaling value will be set to the factory-set
scaling value.
The set data will be stored in the nonvolatile memory and will not be lost after
the Unit is turned OFF.
If the wrong command code is set to the output word, the following error code
will be set to the input word.
E000: This error code will be set to the input word if a nonexisting command
code is used.
