If the correct command code is set to the output word, the command code or
parameter is set to the input word as a response.
Input type
0: Unchanged
1: 9.999 V
2: 5 V
3: 1 to 5 V
4: 4 to 20 mA
Timing hold
0: Unchanged
1: Normal
2: Sampling hold
3: Maximum hold
4: Minimum hold
5: Peak-to-peak hold
Data input
0: Unchanged
1: Measurement mode
2: Comparison mode
If the wrong command code is set to the output word, the following error code
will be set to the input word.
E000: This error code will be set to the input word if a nonexisting command
code is used.
This command is used to set the following.
• Input sampling speed
• Number of mean value processings
• Zero shift value storage area
The above items will be stored in the nonvolatile memory and will not be lost
after the Unit is turned OFF.
Monitor output
1: Scaled conversion data monitor mode (factory-set)
2: Set data D/A output monitor mode
