When the short-circuit protection circuit operates, turn OFF the output or the
output power supply, or release the short circuit.

• The +DC terminals for NPN outputs are internally connected.
• The 0V terminals for NPN outputs are internally connected.
• Heater burnout alarm outputs (HB1 and HB2) are latched outputs, i.e.,
they will not reset by themselves.
The Unit will be in Auto Mode in STOP status when the power supply is turned
ON. An operation control command must be executed to start actual opera-
tion. Refer to 2-6-2 Using Operation Control Commands for details on the
commands.
