In the [GPU Config] group of each box, select a
function to enable.
DME: Enable DME.
SL Key: Enable SL key.

Press the [Apply] button.
To return to the previous setting
Press the [Clear] button.

Check the message, then press [OK].
The switcher system reboots.
Setting DME Channel Enhanced
Function Mode

Open the Home > Setup > System > Format/Config >
GPU Config menu (19101.25).

Set enhanced function mode.
To set DME channel 1
In the [DME Channel 1] group, enable/disable
enhanced function mode.
Enhanced: Enable enhanced function mode.
Normal: Disable enhanced function mode.
To set DME channel 2
In the [DME Channel 2] group, enable/disable
enhanced function mode.
Enhanced: Enable enhanced function mode.
Normal: Disable enhanced function mode.
To set DME channel 3
In the [DME Channel 3] group, enable/disable
enhanced function mode.
Enhanced: Enable enhanced function mode.
Normal: Disable enhanced function mode.

Press the [Apply] button.

Press the [Clear] button.

Setting the Signal Format

Setting the Signal Format and
Frequency
You can select the system signal format and the field
frequency/frame frequency.
The combinations of signal format and frequency that can
be set are as follows.
Signal format
4K 2160P 2SI
HD 1080P
1080i
720P
Notes
• To use 4K formats, the MZS-X1500 4K Upgrade
License (option) is required for each target box.
• In a multiple-box switcher configuration, the frequency
cannot be configured. The frequency is configured
using MLS Manager.
• In a multiple-box switcher configuration, the signal
format cannot be set to [720P]. [720P] can be
configured using MLS Manager. When the signal
format of the cross-point box is set to [720P] using
MLS Manager, all switchers with multiple-box
configuration within an island are set to [720P].
Changing from [720P] to another signal format can also
be configured using MLS Manager.
• If the signal formats of a switcher and cross-point box
do not match, the cross-point box cannot be operated.
The cross-point box signal format is configured using
MLS Manager.
