This command is used to create a Traffic Conditioning rule.
COMMAND DESCRIPTION
<dfmark/dfnomark>
Mark the packet with color.
<priority_class>
Set the priority of the TC rule. Each priority attach a WFQ.
assuredbw <value>
The assured bandwidth of this TC rule.
maxbw <value>
The maximum bandwidth of this TC rule
