Press the Quick Dial key which
you want to register.
To check on already stored desti-
nations, press the [Status] key.

Enter a fax number using the
number keys.
Note
When optional G4 unit or op-
tional G3 unit is installed, you
can select which line to use (G3
or G4) before entering the fax
number.
If you make a mistake, press the
{Clear} key or {Stop} key and
try again. The {Clear} key de-
letes one character at a time, and
the {Stop} key deletes the whole
line.
If a Quick Dial has already been
stored, the contents are dis-
played. If you wish to edit it,
press the Clear key and enter it
again.
You cannot omit the fax num-
ber.

A Press the {Line Selection} key to
select the line.
Choosing the line (the User
Function key)
A Press the User Function key
(F1-F5) programmed with the
Line Select feature.
B Press the 0 or 1 keys to select
the line.
C Press [OK].
To store or edit a name for this
destination
A Press [Name].
B Enter the destination name.
