Assumed cause
The drum surface is dirty
or has some scratches.
The main charger roller
surface is dirty.
The developer bias is easy
to leak since the main unit
is installed in the low alti-
tude environment.
Developer bias leaks.
The developer roller or the
magnet roller is dirty, or is
faulty.

Measures
Execute the drum refresh. If
not repaired, replace the
drum unit.
Replace the main charger
roller unit.
Set the proper altitude at
U140 [Altitude Adjustment].
Execute [AC Calib] at U140.
Clean the developer roller.
Or, replace the developer unit
if not repaired after cleaning.
