C6760: Fuser IH input excessive electric current error
The input current of the IH PWB is 20A or more (120V) / 10A or more (220-240V) for 100ms continuously.

Assumed cause
The fuser belt is faulty.
The connector is not prop-
erly connected. Or, the
wire is faulty.
The firmware is not the lat-
est version.
The IH PWB is faulty.
The IH unit is faulty.

Measures
Detach the fuser unit and
check if the fuser belt is not
faulty. If there is any damage,
replace the fuser unit.
Clean the terminal of the fol-
lowing wire connectors and
reconnect the connectors. If
there is no continuity, replace
the wire. • IH unit - IH PWB?•
IH PWB - Engine PWB
Upgrade the engine firmware
to the latest version
Replace the IH PWB.
Replace the IH unit.
Replace the engine PWB.
