Prepare commissioning PMCprimo C2.1 with PMC SC6/PMC SI6
DriveControlSuite
Install the commissioning software DriveControlSuite of the drive controllers.
PASmotion
Install the commissioning software PASmotion of the Motion controller.
The software is available on www.pilz.com.
Example via EtherCAT interface: Connect PMCprimo C2.1 and PMC SC6/PMC SI6

Establish the following connections:
}
Connect X44 on the motion controller to X200 on the PMC SC6 drive controller.
}
Connect the Ethernet interface X43 on the motion controller to the PC.
}
Connect the Ethernet interface X9 of the drive controller to the PC.
Connect the supply voltages:
}
Drive controller PMC SC6
– X11/+/-: 24 V
}
PMCprimo C2
– X40a/1: 24 V
– X40a/3: 0 V
Apply the supply voltages
}
Switch on the supply voltages for the motion controller and the drive controller's control
element.
The devices start.
