What's this?
• Matrix GBR42 supports control of Call Duration for each call.
• User can program the period upto which call should be continued.
• Due to this feature, any port will get disconnected if it is left
accidentally open.
How it works?
• The CDC timer is a system feature. The CDC timer is
programmable with range 01 to 99 minutes. The timer should be
programmed keeping in mind the users involved in the
conversation.
• After expiry of the CDC timer, both ports involved in the
conversation get released.
How to program?
Step 1: To enable/disable CDC using command 191.
Step 2: To program the CDC timer using command 192.
Step 1
Use following command to enable/disable CDC:
191-Code-#*

Enable
By default, CDC is enabled.
Step 2
Use following command to program the CDC timer:
192-CDC Timer-#*
Where,
CDC Timer is from 01 to 99 minutes.
By default, CDC Timer is 99 minutes.
Example:
A person is frequently talking from ISDN line for more then 10
minutes. Then to restrict the talk, program CDC feature by using
