Important Points:
• Calling party and called party number are of 16 digits.
• After placing the call on the basis of RCOC, the corresponding
entry is deleted from the database.
• While placing the call using RCOC, if it is found that the port on
which the call is to be placed is busy, the call is routed using the
logic as if RCOC is disabled.
• RCOC database is saved in configuration file so that it is not lost
during power failure.
• Storing Call Record:
• If the calling party number or the called party number is missing
in the call record, then the record is not stored.
• Deleting Call Record:
• The call record is deleted only after the call has been placed with
the help of that record.
• If the destination port is busy then the call is abandoned and the
record is not deleted from the table.
• The call record is deleted on expiry of the Record delete timer.
