Parameters marked with an asterisk (*) are considered "hot
settings," meaning that their values can be changed and
immediately applied without rebooting the IF5.
2 Configure the advanced parameters. For help, see the next
table.
3 Click Submit Changes to save your changes. To activate your
changes, from the menu bar click Save/Discard Changes,
and then click Save Changes and Reboot. For help, see
"Saving Configuration Changes" on page 22.
Or, click Apply Hot Settings to immediately apply the Power
Output Level, Fragmentation Threshold, and Antenna
Control settings.
802.11g Radio Advanced Parameters
Parameter Description
Client Type/ Determines the client type and data rate set for the

Power Output Sets the transmitter power output level.

Enable Medium Determines if you want to specify a reservation
Reservation threshold. Check this check box to set a threshold
value.
Fragmentation Size of the largest data packet that can be
