SEALINGS AND BEARINGS RE-
MOVAL
Remove the fixing grub screw (1)
on support (5).
Using the tool shown in pict.(a)
unscrew and remove the ring nut
(2). Remove the seeger ring (3) off
the shaft.
Hold the weight of the support (5)
thorugh the lifting threaded hole (L),
with a lifting hook.
Unscrew the four bearing support
screws (4).
Remove the entire support group
(items 5 and 10), keep items (5) and
(10) together.
Remove the fixing grub screw (6)
on cover.
Use the tool in pict. (a) to unscrew
the packing gland seat bushing (7,
Pict.c).
Remove the 5 packing gland rings
(8) off the seat (7).
Remove the bearing (9) and the
sealing ring (10) from the support
(5).
SEALINGS AND BEARINGS RE-
PLACEMENT
Fasten the packing gland seat (7)
into the cover.
Fasten the fixing grub screw (6)
on cover.
Cut N.5 new packing gland rings
(8), adjust the length so that they fit
evenly inside the seat (7).
Fit the rings (8) inside the seat one
by one, pack them them strongly
inside the seat (7), taking care to po-
sition the junction of the sealing ring
one opposite to the other (Pict.b).

Die Madenschraube (1) am Lager-
träger (5) lösen.
Mit dem in Abb. (a) gezeigten Werk-
zeug die Ringmutter (2) lösen und
abnehmen. Den Seegerring (3) von
der Welle abziehen.
Den Lagerträger über die Gewinde-
bohrung (L) zur Gewichtsaufnahme
an einen Lasthaken hängen.
Die vier Befestigungsschrauben (4)
des Trägers lösen.
Die gesamte Trägergruppe (Pos. 5
u.10) abnehmen und die Teile 5 u.
10 zusammenlassen.
Die Madenschraube (6) am Deckel
lösen.
Mit dem Werkzeug aus Abb. (a)
den Sitzring der Stopfbuchse (7,
Abb. c) lösen.
Die 5 Ringe der Stopfbuchse (8) aus
dem Sitzring nehmen.
Das Lager (9) und den Dichtring (10)
aus dem Lagerträger (5) nehmen.
AUSTAUSCH VON DICHTUNGEN
UND LAGERN
Den Sitzring (7) der Stopfbuchse in
den Deckel einsetzen.
Die Madenschraube (6) am Deckel
anziehen.
5 neue Stopfbuchsenringe (8)
zuschneiden und die Länge anpas-
sen, so dass diese gleichmäßig im
Sitzring (7) einliegen.
Die Ringe (8) nacheinander in den
Sitzring einlegen und fest eindrü-
cken. Dabei darauf achten, das
die Trennschnitte der Ringe jeweils
gegenüber liegen (Abb. b).

JOINTS D'ÉTANCHÉITÉ
Extraire l'écrou de fixation (1) sur le
support (5).
Dévisser et enlever la bague (2) en
utilisant l'outil dans fig. (a) Enlever
le circlip (3) de l'arbre. Soutenir le
poids du support (5) par le trou de
levage fileté (L), avec un crochet
de levage.
Dévisser les quatre vis d'appui du
palier (4).
Retirer le groupe de soutien com-
plet (articles 5 et 10), maintenir les
articles (5) et (10) ensemble.
Enlever la vis fixation (6) sur le
couvercle.
Utiliser l'outil dans fig. (a) pour
dévisser la douille de la chape du
presse-étoupe (7, fig.c).
Enlever les 5 anneaux du presse-
étoupe (8) de la chape(7).
Enlever le palier (9) et la bague
d'étanchéité (10) du support (5).
REMPLACEMENT PALIERS ET
JOINTS D'ÉTANCHÉITÉ
Fixer la chape du presse-étoupe (7)
dans le couvercle.
Fixer la vis de fixation(6) sur le
couvercle.
Couper N.5 anneaux du nouveau
presse-étoupe (8), régler la longueur
de sorte qu'ils soient fixés à l'inté-
rieur de la chape (7).
Fixer les anneaux (8) à l'intérieur
de la chape un par un, insérez-les
à l'intérieur de la chape (7), en
prenant soin de positionner l'union
de la bague d'étanchéité face à
face (Pict.b).

RIMUOVERE IL SUPPORTO E
L'ANELLO DI TENUTA
Rimuovere il grano di bloccaggio (1)
del supporto (5).
Utilizzando lo strumento indicato in
fig. (a) svitare e rimuovere la ghiera
(2). Rimuovere il seeger di bloccag-
gio (3) dell'albero motore.
Sostenere il peso del supporto (5)
attraverso il golfare di sollevamento
(L).
Rimuovere le quattro viti (4) di fis-
saggio del supporto.
Sfilare tutto il gruppo supporto (pos.
5 e 10) dall'albero e conservarli
insieme.
Rimuovere il grano di bloccaggio (6)
del copercchio.
Utilizzare lo strumento in fig. (a)
per svitare la boccola della sede
premibaderna (7, fig.c).
Rimuovere i 5 anelli premibaderna
(8) dalla sede (7).
Rimuovere il cuscinetto (9) e l'anello
di tenuta (10) dal supporto (5).
SOSTITUZIONE DEL SUPPORTO
E DELL'ANELLO DI TENUTA
Fissare la sede premibaderna (7) nel
copercchio.
Fissare il grano di fissaggio (6) sul
coperchio.
Tagliare N.5 nuovi anelli premibader-
na (8), regolarnee la lunghezza in
modo che si adattino in modo unifor-
me all'interno della sede (7).
Montare gli anelli (8) all'interno della
sede uno ad uno, spingerli all'interno
della sede (7), avendo cura di posi-
zionare la giunzione degli anelli uno
di fronte all'altro (Fig. b).
