- Tighten the threaded plug (Fig.2,
pos.8) adjust the rotor (see page
M36) and tighten the locking nut
(Fig.1 pos.7)
- Fix the inlet gasket (Fig.2 p.11) and
inlet (Fig.2 p.10) by means of the
fixing screws and insert the drive
unit.
- Grease the seals and bearings
by means of the grease nipples
provided for the purpose on the
cover.

- Remove the cap (for RVC) or
the inlet (for RVS) removing
the two fixing screws (Fig.4
pos.10,11,14,15).
- Slacken the threaded cap lock-
ing screw (Fig.3 pos.7) unscrew
the threaded cap using a folded
wrench (8 mm pins). (Fig.4
pos.7).
Make sure the rotor is blocked
by means of a reliable and
safe device, preventing the
blades from moving.
- Remove the locking ring nut of
the shaft (Fig.4 pos.18).
- Remove the mobile element
of the bearing inner ring (Fig.3
pos.2a)
- Support the weight of the cover
by means of the vertical thread-
ed M12 hole from the top.

MANUTENZIONE
- Den Gewindestopfen festziehen
(Fig.2, Pos.8), den Rotor aus-
richten (siehe Seite M36) und die
Sicherungsmutter anziehen (Fig.1
Pos.7).
- Die Dichtung des Einlaufs (Abb. 2
P. 11) und den Einlauf (Abb. 2 P. 10)
mit den Befestigungsschrauben
befestigen und die Abtriebsgruppe
einführen.
- Die Dichtungen und Lager über die
Schmiernippel schmieren, die auf
dem Deckel vorhanden sind.

- Den Stopfen (für RVC) oder den
Einlauf (für RVS) entfernen, indem
man die beiden Befestigungs-
schrauben (Abb. 4 Pos. 10, 11,
14, 15) entfernt.
- Die blockierende Madenschraube
(Abb. 3 Pos. 7) lockern und die
Gewindemutter lösen, indem man
einen Zweilochmutterndreher be-
nutzt (Durchmesser der Bolzen 8
mm). (Abb. 4 Pos. 7).
Sicherstellen, dass der Rotor
durch eine zuverlässige und
sichere Vorrichtung blockiert ist
und die Rotorflügel sich nicht
bewegen können.
- Die Ringmutter entfernen, die die
antriebsseitige Halbwelle (Abb. 4
Pos. 18) blockiert.
- Das bewegliche Element des In-
nenrings des Lagers (Abb. 3 Pos.
2a) entfernen.
- Das Gewicht des Deckels durch
die vertikale Gewinde-bohrung
M12 oben abstützen.
- Serrer le bouchon fileté (Fig. 2,
pos.8) ajuster le rotor (voir page
M36) et serrez l'écrou de blocage
(Fig. 1 pos.7).
- Fixer le joint embout (Fig.2 p.11)
et embout (Fig.2 p.10) à l'aide des
vis de fixation et monter le groupe
motorisation.
- Graisser les étanchéités et les rou-
lements à travers les graisseurs
présents sur le couvercle.

- Enlever le bouchon (sur RVC)
ou l'embout (sur RVS) en enle-
vant les deux vis de fixation (Fig.
4 pos. 10, 11, 14, 15).
- Desserrer la vis sans fin de
blocage du bouchon fileté (Fig.
3 pos. 7) et dévisser le bou-
chon fileté en utilisant une clé
spéciale (diamètre axes 8 mm).
(Fig.4 pos.7).
Assurez-vous que le rotor est
bloqué par un dispositif fiable
et sûr, empêchant les lames
de bouger.
- Enlever la bague de blocage du
demi-arbre moteur (Fig. 4 pos.
18).
- Enlever l'élément mobile de
la bague interne du roulement
(Fig.3 pos.2a )
- Soutenir le poids du couvercle
au moyen du trou fileté M12
vertical en haut.

- Chiudere il tappo filettato (Fig.2
pos.8) , regolare il rotore (vedi
pag.M36), e stringere il grano di
bloccaggio (Fig.1 pos.7).
- Fissare guarnizione imbocco
(Fig.2 p.11) ed imbocco (Fig.2
p.10) tramite le viti di fissaggio ed
inserire il gruppo motorizzazione.
- Ingrassare tenute e cuscinetti
attraverso gli appositi ingrassatori
presenti sul coperchio.

- Rimuovere il tappo (per RVC) o
l'imbocco (per RVS) rimuovendo
le due viti di fissaggio (Fig.4
pos.10,11,14,15).
- Allentare il grano di bloccaggio
tappo filettato (Fig.3 pos.7) svi-
tare il tappo filettato utilizzando
una chiave a compasso (diame-
tro perni 8 mm). (Fig.4 pos.7).
Assicurarsi che il rotore è
bloccato a mezzo di un dispo-
sitivo di sicurezza impedendo
il movimento delle lame.
- Rimuovere la ghiera di bloc-
caggio del semialbero (Fig.4
pos.18).
- Rimuovere l'elemento mobile
dell'anello interno cuscinetto
(Fig.3 pos.2a )
- Sostenere il peso del coperchio
mediante il foro filettato M12
verticale in alto.
