Message
Message service in the IP phone can be categorized as follows:

Video/Voice Mail
•
Message Waiting Indicator (MWI)
Video/Voice Mail
You can leave video/ voice mails using SPARSH VP710. You can also access video/voice mails that are stored in
the voice mailbox. The usage of video mail is the same as that of voice mail.
Video/voice mail is not available on all servers and differs from different servers. Contact your system
administrator for more information.
Leaving Voice Mails
To leave a voice mail:
•
You can leave a voice mail when the callee is busy or inconvenient to answer the call.
•
Follow the voice prompt from the system server to leave a voice mail and then hang up.
Configuring the Voice Mail Access Codes
To configure voice mail access codes via phone user interface:
•
Swipe left or right to go to the second idle screen.
•
Tap
to launch Message application.
•
Tap Set Voice Mail.
•
Enter the voice mail access code (e.g., *88) in the desired account field.
•
Tap
to save the change or
