(3) Positioning in incremental value command system
Execute positioning in the incremental value command system. Set the input signals and parameters as
indicated below.

value command system, the position data are handled as incremental values. Hence, Absolute

Set the lower 16 bits of position data
to RWwn 4, and the upper 16 bits to
RWwn 5.
Setting range: 0 to 999999
Set the servo motor speed.
