Three types of interlocking modules per diameter are defined. BH_LINE_A (3) and BH_LINE_B (3) are

the connections from a line to a busbar. BH_CONN (3) is the connection between the two lines of the

diameter in the breaker-and-a-half switchyard layout.

For application without 989 and 989G, just set the appropriate inputs to open state and disregard the

outputs. In the functional block diagram, 0 and 1 are designated 0=FALSE and 1=TRUE:

If, in this case, line voltage supervision is added, then rather than setting 989 to open state, specify the

state of the voltage supervision:

989_OP = VOLT_OFF

989_CL = VOLT_ON

If there is no voltage supervision, then set the corresponding inputs as follows:
