Section 12
Control
For a bus-coupler bay in section 2, the same conditions as above are valid by changing section 1 to
section 2 and vice versa.
12.4.3.5
Configuration setting
If there is no bypass busbar and therefore no 289 and 789 disconnectors, then the interlocking for 289
and 789 is not used. The states for 289, 789, 7189G are set to open by setting the appropriate module
inputs as follows. In the functional block diagram, 0 and 1 are designated 0=FALSE and 1=TRUE:
289_OP = 1
289_CL = 0
789_OP = 1
789_CL = 0
7189G_OP = 1
7189G_CL = 0
If there is no second busbar B and therefore no 289 and 2089 disconnectors, then the interlocking for
289 and 2089 are not used. The states for 289, 2089, 2189G, BC_12, BBTR are set to open by setting
the appropriate module inputs as follows. In the functional block diagram, 0 and 1 are designated
0=FALSE and 1=TRUE:
289_OP = 1
289_CL = 0
2089_OP = 1
2089_CL = 0
2189G_OP = 1
2189G_CL = 0
BC_12_CL = 0
VP_BC_12 = 1
BBTR_OP = 1
VP_BBTR = 1
12.4.4
Interlocking for transformer bay AB_TRAFO (3)
12.4.4.1
Application
The interlocking for transformer bay (AB_TRAFO, 3) function is used for a transformer bay connected to
a double busbar arrangement according to figure 160. The function is used when there is no
disconnector between circuit breaker and transformer. Otherwise, the interlocking for line bay
(ABC_LINE, 3) function can be used. This function can also be used in single busbar arrangements.
