TS Reading The concentration reading.
Cal A Response Factors The slope (kHz/ppm or kHz/ppb sensitivity) and the offset (calculated at 0

Chamber Pressure The pressure sensed at the reaction chamber.
Lamp I Alm Counter The frequency proportional to the lamp intensity.
Lamp Voltage The lamp input voltage.
