4. When reinstalling the castor fork assembly on early
production Z400 Estates Series check for excessive
endplay between the E-ring groove and the top of
the spacer. To minimize endplay, adjust as needed
with 7/8" ID shims (Fig. 040).

5. Install the E-ring (Fig. 041).

6. Install the top grease cap (Fig 042).

Caster Fork Assembly Removal
Pro 100/400 Series with tapered roller front casters
1. Raise the front of the unit off the ground, allowing
enough clearance to remove the caster fork from the
bottom hub.
2. With a hammer and chisel, remove the top grease
cap (Fig. 043).
