3. Remove the protection plates and visually inspect the internal surfaces of the flange
4. Mount the O-ring.
5. Mount the ball joint.
Rosemount 5408 and 5408:SIS Level Transmitters
ball for damage and dirt.
a) Insert the ball joint and place the clamp flange with the "7 Nm" marking side
up.
b) Gradually tighten the M8 screws.
