Topo provides the following main menus and submenus:

6.3 Overview of user interface
Creates a new project.
Opens an existing "*.uptz" project and all specified file
types that can be imported.
Saves the current project as "*.uptz" file.
If components are changed, they are marked in the top‐
ology tree with an asterisk at the component. The diskette
icon is active so that the changes can be saved.
Saves the current project with a different path or file name.
Check an opened topology regarding the correct alloca‐
tion of DO variables, component numbers, errors in the
axis-drive assignment (AAZ).

Note that no check is made as to whether the wiring is
permissible according to SINAMICS guidelines.
Deployment of an open topology in an "*.ust" (comparison
topology) or "*.utz" (user-specified topology) file that can
be used by the package. The topology is first checked.
For the "Extended user-specified topology", a deployment
as Windows "*.exe" or Linux "*.usz" package is possible.
The topology can thus also be executed as package.
The finished project can be loaded to the control via a
network connection. A configured package is executed in
the background.
Note that this is not an archive.
The topology can be loaded to the control only with the
"Extended user-specified topology".
Make sure that source data, e.g. archives or ASCI data
sets, is not generated from a software version that is new‐
er than the target software version.
